Into the DVD of Jungle Book, there is a interview to Mr. Glen Keane... look at pictures behind him... there are concept art about Rapunzel and probably the guy is the Prince:

Doesn't look like a prince to me...Actually, it kind of resembles Jim from Treasure Planet.

Anyway i don't think it's the Prince but Glen Keane didn't work on Jim,he worked on Treasure Planted but he worked on John Sliver,not Jim.
Anyway if that's the prince-okay.
Rapunzel also looks like Cinderella (kinda).

No, I'm pretty sure he did some work on Jim as well. Could be mistaken, though.
