Yeah, but we never found how he got his iconic hat! This will finally let us fill in the gaps in the Wonka Cinematic Universe!

Well, given the fate of Birds of Prey, Doctor Sleep, and the pandemic-era fates of Scoob, WW84 and Kong vs. Godzilla, at this point, we're just sitting here checking them off on a big clipboard like your old gym teacher at the pool diving board, saying "Suuure, Warner, go ahead...Okay, get ready, Space Jam 2, you're up next!"

It was more of a big "Free the theaters!" rally for its already pre-pandemic stoked audience, which Monster Hunter tried to do and failed.
On that level, movie shelf-life for '20-'21 theatrical releases seems to have been extended for lack of anything else to show, but one late-nite comic said it best.
In response to a headline about new post-vaccine mandates being lifted in NY and many states leading to wider possible re-openings of other restricted businesses, like airplanes, gyms, bars and movie theaters: "At last, I'll finally be able to see Godzilla vs. Kong the way it was MEANT to be seen: On an airplane!"
