My favourite would be....
Post-War Disney? 50s/60s UPA? 40s/50s Warner Bros? Disney WWII shorts?
I'm in love with Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies. Could watch them all day long.

There's good stuff and bad stuff from all the decades...It would be hard to pick a favorite.

I also have many faves, but if I had to pick one it would probably Golden Age Disney (The "big four"--Snow White, Dumbo, Pinocchio, Fantasia.)
Cindy/Peter Pan (post-WWII Disney) runs a VERY close second, though.

90s Renaissance Disney
I loved everything from The Little Mermaid to Tarzan, and Disney's rival companies were also doing a pretty good job of replicating their formula with films like The Prince of Egypt and Anastasia.

Quoted for truth; though other studios have their own periods of amazingness.
My preference goes to any period where they are still hand shading/coloring the backgrounds! (foregrounds are important too!)

80's and 90's Renaissance Disney Animation, simply because I grew up watching those movies so they naturally mean a lot to me.
When I think of animation, the first thing that flashes before my eyes is always something from Beauty and The Beast.
That doesn't mean they are my favourite animated movies of all time though,
but they are the ones closest to my heart.
