FCC: All programming to be ADHD by 2007...

Paraphrase:

The FCC requires that all TV programming be ADHD compatible by 2007, broadcast in 4:3 with letterboxing boundaries that feature glittering stars and munching hamsters, and framerates of no less than 120 fps.

Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi is exempt from these requirements since it already exceeds them...

Oh,

and

TIMMMM-MAY!

Just the name of that show turns me off.

And it was, "SuperMonkeyRobotHyperTeamForceGo!", or something...I know it has 'Monkey' in it.

It's Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! and I like it.

I'll admit it's not the greatest show ever made, but it's fun.

The Onion is a news parody site. They're playing on the story about the FCC requiring tvs to be HD compatible (digital tv compatible actually) in a few years.

Cute!
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!
