Anonymity of a SOCKS Proxy. As SOCKS (as it was already marked above) transfers all data from a client to a server, nothing adding from itself, from the point of view of a web-server, a socks proxy is a client. Therefore anonymity of this type of proxy servers is very high.: http://www.checkproxy.net

I'm confused. Has it happened yet, or will it happen? Or what?

Our family owns DreamWorks Animations shares, so I want to know about this.

As of right now, DreamWorks Animation isn't part of the deal. However, Paramount now has the right to distribute DreamWorks Animation's films.

So Paramount owns the rest of DreamWorks now? Or are they still in talks about that?

While some reports still act iffy as to whether or not the deal has already occurred, according to MarketWatch, a deal has been reached that could see Paramount paying up to $1.6 billion for DreamWorks: http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story.a ... iteid=mktw.

DreamWorks Animation was spun off from DreamWorks earlier this year. They are two separate companies now. Paramount is buying DreamWorks - not DreamWorks Animation.

Yes, that is what I meant when I wrote that DreamWorks Animation isn't part of the deal. (Not trying to sound like a smart aleck; just trying not to sound like a moron. :) )

In a way maybe this is a good thing because JK can fully concentrate on animation instead of having to worry about the rest of the company, which he wasn't really all that involved in anymore.

So basically....S and G have nothing to do with DW now??

Who knows, this might turn the tide for DW animated films. Maybe now they will be much more successful than they were. :)
