Even on PAPER, "Pirate Queen Alice of the high seas" sounds like a parody of what Linda Woolverton routinely does to her source material. Only here, she wasn't kidding.

First 10 minutes:



That was an ordeal! Cringy dialogue. The cat is made out of hard plastic or resin I imagine, yet his nose/mouth is able to be squished!? Kinda got motion sickness with their constant bobbling!

See, stuff like this is why I stressed that The Emoji Movie wasn't that bad in my review...

And how in the bobble can a bobblehead protect a human? Are you bobbling with me? For the love of bobbles, I'm bobbling out of here, ya bobble?
