Prior was great.

I've missed him for afew years now, but I guess any hope for a last few words have now been dashed.

Some great films (Superman III not being one of them) and those excellent stand-up comedy shows and albums are a fine legacy.

He truly changed the face of black comedy.

You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

RIP, Al Lewis...

<Sigh>

THIS kind of obituary is what makes you realize you're getting old and mortality is real.

RIP, Al Lewis, you dirty old man, you! :lol:

You were the CLOSEST person to a real-life Krusty the Klown that I've known of in my comparatively short life.

95? Sheesh! We should all live so long!

Okay...I'm going to be flippant about a hideous event and the death of a human being, so excuse me, but...

Isn't this taking publicity stunts too far?

Sorry...flippant mode off...it's a cruel loss.

Are you sure??? How many of you have actuall heard this little tidbit outside of this site??? I know I haven't and I'm an avid news follower. Can't capitalize on a story if nobody ever pulishes it.

What's interesting is that I haven't seen anything about this death in the newspaper. I wonder why.

That's my point - I'm sure it's legit but because nobody's talking about it it will have no effect on the movie's marketability
