Walt Disney, The Maverick - Essay by Jon Faveru

Post by Dan »

The Los Angeles Times, through their Hero Complex section, asked Jon Favreau (director of Iron Man 1 & 2, Elf, and the upcoming Magic Kingdom) to put together an essay on his thoughts about Walt Disney, who would have been 110 this week. Jon decided to examine the idea of Walt having been at heart a maverick.

On December 5, 1901, the man who started it all was born and the world got a little more magical. Happy Birthday Walt Disney!

Correction: The name of that director is Jon Favreau. You misspelled it as "Faveru".

Geffrey…that was from eleven years ago!

No-one noticed it back then, or in the years since, so props for picking it up! ;)
