Even with ten minutes of credits that’s still a long film!

Totally unique. (Well, apart from the whole first movie and all the bits we've seen in this trailer before. But you get what I mean!)

I was expecting it to be more spoilery, but that's good in a way!

Homage to the classic Chinese novel "Journey to the West". Incredible!

And, traditionally, that's pretty much all China WILL understand about it.

(How many more heroes must we sacrifice before admitting that the State doesn't get Guys in Tights, let alone several dozen obscure variations of them?
I mean, yes, most of us have never heard of most of the variants either, but we at least know who Peter Parker is.)

The film "lives one step above a masterpiece."

Early reactions are in!

Just saw it. Pretty fun film. Packed showing.

They gave away free movie posters. Not tiny ones but real full size posters!

Also, it has beat super mario's opening day record. Third best animated opening day!

I am sure that many people are going to see this film.

Though it's not going to get anywhere close to Super Mario Bros's numbers, I am certain that this will surpass The Smurfs as Sony Animation's highest-grossing film.

Contrary to what some of the anti-comic book folk on news sites like Deadline and Box Office Pro say, many people are going to see this.

I'd personally like to see this as well, since I love the first Spider-Verse.

This is a billion-dollar grosser almost inevitably. There’s a lot of pent up eagerness to see this from the first one, and from that being subsequently discovered via home video. It’ll be interesting to see the first week drop-off after the first numbers are in, but I’d still expect this to surpass, or at least approach the billion dollar mark.

Spidey swings into a $120m opening domestic! It hit first place in china also. Best opening of the year not counting marios early start days!

Man, animated films are killing it this last two years.
