I recently heard more about it and rediscovered my QT files of the pilot episode as it was shown at a TV licensing convention over a year ago.
Current plans are for the first of 52 episodes to begin airing in Japan starting this upcoming June.
There are no plans for this Toei/Cartoon Network production to show up in the US any time soon, but you kind of think the odds would be AGAINST this show NOT appearing in the States within the next year???
I'd bet on it appearing... and they'll probably use the original voice cast in some capacity on the show, or go with new voices.
Who knows?
