There's nothing wrong with Tipo being sexy - he's just adorable.

How about Cleo from the 1980's DiC cartoon "Heathcliff"? Those pink legwarmers that she wore were HOT!!! *LOL!*
On a more serious note, my true vote for the sexiest cartoon character of all time would have to go to Felicia the Catwoman from the Japanese Anime OVA series, "The Nightwarriors: Darkstalker's Revenge." For those of you that are unfamiliar with that OVA, Felicia the Catwoman was originally from the Capcom "Darkstalkers" series of arcade games. I only have one thing to say every time that I see her-- "MEOW WOW!"
And while this next question wasn't exactly asked by this thread, I will answer it anyway because I have a clear choice for it: My vote for the sexiest female cartoon character voice would have to be that wonderful melodic hungarian accented voice provided by Eva Gabor, who provided the voice for Duchess, the mother cat fom Disney's "The Aristocats," and Miss Bianca from "The Rescuers" and "The Rescuers Down Under." I am all about that accent!

Also, I think Tim Drake from Gotham Knights/New Batman Adventures is kinda cute. But not like "hot" or anything, since he's only supposed to be, what, thirteen? He's a cute Robin though.
Nightwing--Ugh! I hate that long hair.
Batman Beyond's Terry isn't too bad though.
EDIT: Human Shrek was pretty cute. I think he should have stayed that way.
I also liked Morph from the X-Men animated series. (he's the guy who turned evil after he died but was brought back to life by Mr. Sinister.)
I liked him in the comics too but he's way cuter in the cartoon.
