Maybe we should all just lock ourselves in closets, and not come out until June 9th in order to not spoil anything else.

Geez! Was EVERYONE watching Treasure Planet?! LOL

I personally like waiting to see the extra stuff on DVDs, but I just look at this as another way of promoting the movie.

We were all watching the movie "Together" in a weird way. Isn't that sweet? ;)

What exactly did Steve Jobs say? (ie: please find me the quote that contains his poo-pooing of Disney)
-Joe

GIRL: Do you know the way to the Magic Kingdom?
PETER PAN: Sure I do...but can you fly?
-Scary Disney World TV ad circa '71

Here is the article regarding some of Steve Jobs' comments: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4176887.

Some of the more popular highlights from the piece:
Associated Press wrote:“The truth is there has been little creative collaboration with Disney for years,” Jobs said. “You can compare the creative quality (of Pixar films) with the creative quality of Disney’s last three films and judge each company’s creative ability yourselves.”
Associated Press wrote:Jobs criticized Disney’s last two animated efforts, this year’s “Brother Bear” and last year’s “Treasure Planet,” as “flops.”

“No amount of marketing will turn a dud into a hit,” Jobs said.
Associated Press wrote:“We feel sick about Disney doing sequels,” Jobs said. “If you look at the quality of their sequels, such as ’Lion King 1½’ and (the Peter Pan sequel ’Return to Neverland’), it’s pretty embarrassing.”

Those comments were made nearly two years ago!

And his shots at "Treasure Planet" were *so* uncalled for.

And the two sequels he mentioned were two of the better sequels.

yes eventhough they still sucked, it would've worked better had he mentioned Cinderella II and Hunchback 2. now those two were embarassing.
