Meg made a comment to me about what I posted up above. I wasn't sure who Brad voiced in Family Dog, and she thought it might've been Miss Lestrange, the dog trainer.

She wasn't the only one who thought this at first because until I looked her up in the credits, I was certain it was her. I had recalled her sounding a lot like Edna (and she really does). :) Much to my disappointment, it was not Brad who voiced her, but Mercedes McCambridge. And so the mystery still remains. LOL Thanks for the help though, Meg.

And hey, for all I know, he could've been the dog.

Can you tell I'm fascinated by voice acting? :D

This mystery may never be solved. I looked Family Dog up on imdb.com and it says that Brad Bird did one of the voices, but it doesn't specify which character, it just says "voice". I can think of one other place online to try and find out. I'll check there and get back to you.

Okay, so I posted a message on bcdb.com asking if anyone knew the answer and the guy who responded (who often responds to animation mystery queries) seemed to think Bird voiced Miss Lestrange. *sigh* The world may never know. Sorry I couldn't help.

It was probably something small, like a cop going 'oof' or something.

I don't know anything concrete about this, but "Mercedes McCambridge" sounds to me like a good pseudonym.

Hey PV cool Tony avatar! :)
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Geez, Brandon. Why are you talking about Tony so much. This thread is about Cars. XP

Unless you count the dinner scene in which he's the route cause of the fight - now back on topic - this is just like PV to hijack a thread to talk about Tony. =P
