Yeah, pick that one. :P

Personally, I hope Happy Feet wins over both nominees, like I said before. This has to be the first time I have like a particular feature over a Pixar production -- it's almost shocking. (snigger) But Happy Feet had the "beat", while Cars just didn't have "the feet". :P

Daniel Jake - Ha -- I know, it's incredible! It looks like you might be one, as well. :P

Cars certainly deserves to win at least one or two awards, and Monster House was quite good, as well. But I still say that Happy Feet tops them both. ;)

"Awesome" doesn't even begin to describe it.... Believe me -- see it before it swims out of the theaters! :)

Cars and Happy Feet are shoe-ins...I think the 3rd nom will either be OtH, Monster House, or Flushed away. I'm hoping either Cars or Happy Feet wins. :)

If OTH doesn't get nominated..... :?

I'm never watching the Oscars again. :(

Plus how do you know it won't win? Pixar won two years in a row...Aardman won last year....Monster House and Happy Feet....one was mo-cap and the other....well we've already been there haven't we? :?

I really wish they were still doing 5 noms - then we wouldn't have this problem!

This pretty much crushes OTH's chance of a nomination.

They might do 5 nominations, it all depends on how many films were submitted; and there were a lot this year. My guesses if they do three are Cars, Happy Feet, and Monster House. And if they extend it to five I'd guess Ice Age 2 and Over the Hedge.

This is very upsetting...

It's DW best CGI film in years (other than Shrek) and it won't be nominated??

I still try to have hope.... :(

We don't know that Vi.

Monster House could get the boot, and maybe even Cars will find itself thrown out for not being "different" enough...?

"Cars" is a shoe in. The Academy LOVES PIXAR. But who knows "Monster House" is always a toss up because of the way the animation is done.

OTH is the one that'll get booted because it's the only of "The Five" ("Over the Hedge", "Cars", "Flushed Away", "Monster House" and "Happy Feet") that I don't think had any chance of winning.

And they might end up neglecting FA, which didn't get the Annie (or Golden Globe) nomination it deserved. Drat.

I thought Cars was 'different' enough...It's the movies with cute, fuzzy, wise-cracking animals that everyone's been complaining about.
