Well, I'm not so sure but.....I AM tempted.
As long as its easy to carry....
(I had a five-inch "portable" DVD player at one point, which was quite heavy.
)
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Sadly I don't have a hyperlink for this excellent short clip , but , way back when, before the Hugh Jackman Van Helsing movie, there were plans afoot to remake Frankenstein as a CGI movie - the footage WAS available online , but I don't know whether it's still out there!

I have this on my hard drive...it was a 20 second test by ILM, who was going to treat this as their first feature.
It eventually was going to cost too much and Universal wanted to change direction and go with their Van Helsing project instead.

Yes, but the copy I have is much better quality than that and doesn't have the cheesy music. The one I have is a touch longer too, with atmospheric sound effects and more lightning.
But that's good enough to get a look at how awesome this could have been! Good find!

I think had they pursued this version it would/could have been an interesting concept, however whether it would have sustained a feature length movie - who knows?

There's also Heavy Metal, there's a segment written by Dan O'Bannon.

... and I thought maybe you guys could help me !
I'm FilmFan, I'm from France and I was wondering if any of you would be able to identify this gal (nurse ?) :
This pic is taken from a movie, and I dont know which one it could be. I don't think it's japanese.
If you can tell me what film it is from, I suppose that means you're some kind of God, and I'll be eternally grateful to you.
Thanks in advance !

It certainly looks Japanese.
Where did you get the still from? It's a DVD capture, so somewhere someone knows what they took it from.
