How come they already sell it?.
Also I don't see online over here,and neither Bolt,Mary Poppins or Oliver And Company.

The Best Buy exclusive will be a 3-D cup. Not what I had in mind, but I'm a sucker for lenticular stuff. The picture is Pinocchio walking with his apple and the fairy - like pictured on the cover - oversees. (Actually, once you get the Pinocchio Platinum, the cup scene is ripped from the back of the box.) It's cute, so I'll be getting my copy there first thing Tuesday!

Can you help me out - I'm in a muddle. Everywhere seems to have slightly different listings as to what's on the DVD version. Is it two disk? Does it have audio commentary? Does it have the deleted scenes and alternative ending?

Yes, it is two disc, I think the only supplements that are dropped for the DVD are the BD-Live features and Blu exclusives (seeing art on the sides of the TV where it would usually be black) Thought you were a Blu buyer, though?

Don't forget the Blu combo pack includes a free DVD, too; the first disc which contains the movie, ala Sleeping Beauty.

I have to say something-I was watching a few scenes from Pinocchio and it's not as boring as I thought,it's not really boring but Fantasia is a boring movie.

I watched it when i was like 8.. and I thought it was boring..

I can see finding it boring when you were a child. It's a grownup film (and even then, not for everyone, certainly). I didn't like classical music as a child, either, but am fonder of it now.

Some adults may still find the Fantasias boring, but I love 'em.

So, getting away from the foreign-and/or-dyslexic lunatic, for a second:
(No, not you, OUAD...)

Only just got the Blu-ray today, and while the feature documentary's good, the "Live-action reference footage" looks like it was taken out of the deepest Walt-era archives--

Not just a few clips of the usual Margaret Kelly or Kathryn Beaumont 50's footage we've seen, but what seems to be an educational 1938 in-studio training film for new animators instructing step by step how the footage is filmed, and how animators use it on their drawing table.
Only nine minutes long, but gives a perfect picture about how Walt and his animators taught themselves how to make their films.

I'll be sure to watch that later, got my copy on Blu today too! I ended up buying it Best Buy to get the cup - it's actually pretty cool and not as small as I imagined - and was able to price match Toys R Us price, so got a few bucks off. Woo!

Pretty slipcover, huh? I know, I loathe them, but it's so hard...
