You can dress up a cat as an English-style judge while hanging a dog outside the car speeding along the highway at 65mph!

Haha, phone fingers! What was wrong with that, aside from looking tacky? Looks like it could prevent scratching or protect it from our hand oil. Like the color "true blue".
