Outstanding Short-Format Animated Program
Adventure Time - "Too Young"
Phineas and Ferb - "The Doonkleberry Imperative"
MAD - "Kitchen Nightmare Before Christmas/How I Met Your Mummy"
Regular Show - "Eggscellent"
Robot Chicken - "Fight Club Paradise"

Outstanding Voice-Over Performance
Brenda Strong, Desperate Housewives - "Give Me the Blame/Finishing the Hat"
Dan Povenmire, Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension
Rob Riggle, Prep & Landing: Naughty Vs. Nice
Maurice LaMarche, Futurama - "The Silence of the Clamps"
Kristen Wiig, The Looney Tunes Show - "Double Date"
Hank Azaria, The Simpsons - "Moe Goes from Rags to Riches"

Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice also received a nomination for Outstanding Music Composition for a Miniseries, Movie or Special.

A surprising but welcome nomination is the one for Jason Segel and The Muppets' song from SNL, "I Can't Believe I'm Hosting": http://www.hulu.com/watch/302534.

Probably my favorite moment from the show last season. (Kermit: "No, no, no, listen, it makes perfect sense that they would pick Jason [to host], Piggy! I mean, when people go to a Muppet movie, they say, 'Gee! I can't wait to see the human!'")
