Judging from Animated-News' recent Oscar chat, I have a feeling that a number of you are looking forward to next year's Oscar bait, Snakes on a Plane. Finally, the film's trailer has been released online. I have to admit that it looks... well, um, anyway, here it is: http://www.tagworld.com/snakesonaplane.
Definitely. Watching that trailer was like watching a short version of Raging Bull. I'm expecting Snakes on a Plane to receive a load of Oscar nominations: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Adapated Screenplay, etc. Also, look for the snakes to sweep the acting nominations.
Oh man, I thought you guys were serious at first. Thanks a lot.
I dunno...Instead of going "Wow that; gonna rock", I felt more sorry for the passengers/snakes/cat. I guess I just don't enjoy watching people and animals being in pain and dying.
Now, I don't know how true this is, but still, here's the latest news on the project: You know that CGI snake that pops out of the woman's dress, in the Snakes on a Plane footage? Word is that Andy Serkis plays it.
