Hoping to acquire some of that Disney magic, Paramount has hired Lino DiSalvo, who recently served as Head of Animation on Frozen, as the new creative director of their animation division, effective immediately. This comes months after they hired Paperman director John Kahrs to direct the upcoming feature Shedd. They also have Blue Sky's Chris Wedge directing live action-animation hybrid Monster Trucks.
