So, is this going to be like the animated series with them going to school?

That thing should've scared me...but it actually left me kinda amused. How sad is that?

So there are more trailers out now. I think the character designs and the character animation on the chipmunks (and the chipettes) is super cute. If the movie is as well acted and written as the last one (sarcasm) I don't think it will be that great. I definately will listen out for the soundtrack though.

If Alvin gets nominated for
anything , I'm going to take my head and lay it down against the earth...to make sure that it hasn't stopped spinning.

I don't see it getting nominated at all, especially in such a strong year for animation. This is one of those years where we likely won't see any filler in that category.

I just don't understand how it can even be submitted for consideration. It's just 6 animated chipmunks running around in a live action picture. Surely if it can be submitted for Best Animated Film so can 2012.
I'll check this one out on video just like I did the first one. Which midly surprised me in it's enjoyablility. But I did have super low expectations for it.

Saw this yesterday.
Is it sad that hearing squeaky voices singing "Hot N' Cold" is enough to make me smile?

Oh god.
Hollywood falls deeper and deeper into despair. Hopefully Bear and the Bow (or Brave) moves out of that date ASAP.
Oy. Can't Hollywood make something grand like Avatar again?
